October Half Term Holiday Club Registration Form

Welcome to our Nursery October Half Term Holiday Club!

Join us from 19th–30th October for an autumn half-term full of fun activities, themed days, outdoor play, creative experiences and delicious meals included every day.

Session Options

• Full Day: 8:00am – 6:00pm (£57 per day)

• Short Day: 8:00am – 3:00pm (£40 per day)

Important Information

• For children up to 8 years

• All meals and snacks included

• Tax-Free Childcare accepted

• If you receive Universal Credit, you may be able to claim back up to 85% of your childcare costs

• Spaces are not guaranteed

Important note:

While there may be some outdoor play and activities, this is not a Forest School club and will not follow a Forest School curriculum.
