Here at Hampton Court, we are explorers! Based close to Hampton Court Palace, every day is an adventure - from visiting the grounds to exploring the local community.

Our indoor base provides a comforting and welcoming space for our little ones to learn, play and rest.

More on what we do…

Everything we do in our nursery contributes to increasing your little one's cultural capital.

Cultural capital is essential in preparing your little one for future success. It’s all about giving children the best possible start to their early education.

Our practitioners work to enhance the experience and opportunities available to all children, no matter their background.

We do this using a mixture of the EYFS curriculum and interactions with practitioners to help children experience awe and wonder of the world in which they live. This helps little ones through all seven areas of their learning.

2-3 times a week we take part in Forest School sessions at the local Scouts Hall. We also have a brand-new minibus, allowing us to venture out even further!

We love going to local farms, such as: Bocketts Farm, Hampton City Farm, Crockford Bridge and Garson’s Farm.  We visit local police and fire stations as well as a wide range of small businesses in our area such as vets, dentists, and shops.

We also love to call on historical sites like Hampton Court Palace, Cobham Mill, Hampton Court Maze as well as National Trust destinations and nature trails (Bushy Park, Swan Sanctuary, Polesden Lacey and others).

We invite parents to join us on various excursions such as boat trips, The Hampton Court Flower Show, train rides and more!

What is a World Nursery?

Your little ones spend as much time as possible outside, come rain, snow, sun or wind.*

They will play with real-life tools and climb trees. They WILL pay in mud, get close to nature and make memories for life!

* We follow guidance from the Met Office, there may be times of the year in extreme conditions and lightning where we will be back at base.

Here at Hampton Court, we also do everything we can to reduce our carbon footprint! We use renewable electricity, have installed water-saving taps and toilet systems.

We are also committed to limiting the number of plastic toys we have available - choosing instead to use sustainable wooden resources, repurposed as well as free and found items.
