Payment is due on the 1st of every month.
We accept 15 and 30 hours which are stretched over the year as 11 and 22 hours respectively. We require a minimum of 3 half-days per child, or 2 full days. No minimum requirements for disadvantaged (FEET) funded 2-year-olds children. 30 hours has a minimum of 4 days or a pro-rata claim.

Please note that we accept most Childcare Vouchers, the governments Tax-free childcare (TFC) account and payment by Direct Debit only. We are unable to accept cash or debit/credit card payments.
Childcare Vouchers and TFC payments must be received in advance of the due date otherwise the full balance will be collected by Direct Debit.
For any nursery fee which is returned by your bank, we reserve the right to charge an additional £40 to cover incurred administration fees.

FUNDING ELIGIBILITY AND CODES

It is the bill payer’s responsibility to ensure that you are eligible for funding, failure to do so could result in full fees being invoiced until you become eligible.
Funding codes must be supplied to us in a timely manner when requested prior to invoicing. You will be required to update your code eligibility on the childcare choices website every three months. Failure to do so could result in becoming non-eligible and being charged full fees.

WAITING LISTS

If you are put on our waiting list and a place is confirmed, we will require £250 deposit which will be credited to your last month's invoice, however for non-starters the deposit will be non-refundable. Full details will be confirmed by the nursery manager.

TERM-TIME

We charge a 60% retainer during school holidays, contact us for the calculation. Subject to availability.
QUARTERLY SAVINGS

There is the option to pay quarterly for which there is a 3% discount. This quarterly option is non-refundable should you choose to terminate your place during the quarterly period.

LATE FEES
Late collection of children will cost £15 for every 15 minutes. Children cannot be left at the nursery after 7pm as this contravenes our insurance. Should your child not be collected by 7pm a further additional fee of £50 will be charged. If your child is collected late twice in one month the late collection fee will double to £30 for every 15 minutes.
LATE PAYMENTS

If a payment has not been paid on time, then, unless otherwise notified in writing, 8% interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay us the interest together with the overdue amount. In addition, we are entitled to recover from the sum of £50 to cover our administrative fee.
The Butterfly Patch will consider no additional sessions if there is any outstanding debt on the account and if an invoice has not been received by a parent, then it is your responsibility to bring this to the attention of the Butterfly Patch Accounts or Manager.
We reserve the right to suspend your childs place until payment is received in full, fees during suspension are still payable and notice periods still apply.

Always discuss with Accounts or the Nursery Manager if you’re experiencing financial difficulties as we may be able to help in some circumstances.
